I know I was laying on the grass talking to Keiko LAST night, but I still am thankful for it today. I am going to miss her when I am in Indiana...but I know there will be other grass moments in the future with other friends, family, events, and (of course) Keiko. :)

Attitude of Gratitude #145~Hiking!

I went hiking today up to Sequoia National Forest and it was lovely. I spent the day with 3 lovely young ladies. :) It was a long, and very amazing day!

I must say to be thankful for this today is a big thing...You see, my family has always (at least since I can remember) had family meetings. We would get together in the living room and just talk...normally the kids would not want to talk as it would be about something we needed to fix. But in the end they were always helpful to the flow of our family. Well at 20 years of age I can say that my family STILL has these. And while us kids still might not like them...I am thankful for them. We can tear down walls that have been built up, communicate, listen to each other, cry with each other, blow our noses with each other and just be a family that sticks together and works together. I still don't like these talks but God has a plan in each one of them and I will put my front foot forward (best foot forward?) and be a member of the family through thick and thin. P.S. I suggest your family tries this...but a warning, be prepared to be blown away (literally).

I had to put air in my tire today...I drove into town with it almost being flat and didn't even know it. God was good and kept me safe. I am sooooo thankful for air that is pumped into my trucks tires. :)

I am so excited that school is over and done with at COS! Today I ate 60 cent boneless wings and loved them! I like them better than the bone wings...

Today I am thankful for note cards. It is the end of the semester and I have used a ton of note cards just for my finals. I love it...one more final to go!

Mommy packs me a lunch all the time. It is so nice and I am thankful for it. I will have to find out how to do lunches on my own when I am in Indiana. Good luck to me! :p

I am thankful for apples. :) Hahaha man I need a photo to go with this post! I love apples! Yes oranges are my favorite fruit (I am a bit biased), but I love apples! I eat them as a snack all the time. They are just soooo delicious.

I am thankful for second languages. I hung out with some old friends and really really enjoyed helping with their asl project. Also as I have gone to Mexico and Guatemala I know a small amount of Spanish and hope to keep learning more in both of these areas of language. My goal one day is to be tri-lingual. #148~Second languages

Today I had a busy day...but I am so thankful to the blessings God gives me every day. I attended my last day of Miracle League for the semester. I love my giants team so much! I am going to miss my team, my boys and my coach.

Umm I just looked back on this post (5/19) and I don't remember at all what this means...so thinking back on yesterday I would have to say that I am thankful for ice cream. I was with Marseha and I bought a tube of espresso chip ice cream for the same price I would have spent at my favorite fro yo place.

I am thankful for the last day of classes! :) Yippy. In just one week and a day I will be completed with COS!!!!!!

I am thankful for headaches...random and weird. I know. But last night I was up late overwhelmed by school, and put school away to go to sleep. I then had soooooo much in my head that I couldn't sleep and just needed to cry...which gave me a headache today. But God gets me through life's difficulties and I am gonna make it just fine. :)

Happy Mother's Day! I would be thankful for my mommy, but I was thankful for her first thing in January and I am trying to keep my posts different. I realized I already have 2 of the same post so I need go two days further than I expected. Today I am thankful for country clubs. My cousins and I decided we need to join one just so we can eat.

I am thankful for friends who can help me with my homework. I tend to have some difficulty studying and from time to time I am grateful for the help my friends offer me in studying.

Today I am thankful for strength. And I will focus in on the strength that I have. With the end of school I have been sleeping so little hours. It overall has been a wonderfully new day...I had a panic attack today, well more like just now at 11 pm. I have been doing so well with not having these this semester...but I guess they have to come a little bit.

I am thankful for the learning process. I am thankful that I only have two weeks of school + finals week left. I am thankful for nap time. I am thankful for a positive attitude. I am thankful for my cat who lays on my homework. And I am thankful for the internet...Now what do I number as to what I am thankful for?

If I understood life I wouldn't need God to get me through the tough times of school. I wouldn't need God to allow me peace while taking a nap. If I understood I wouldn't need the internet to help me with my homework. Thank you God, for grace comes with a grateful heart.

Tonight I am thankful for Microsoft Word. It allows me to write papers...what a joy. I am thankful for the blessing of not having to write out my papers by hand. I think it would cramp into a position and never move. #123~Microsoft Word.

Today, I am thankful for sneakers. I wear my sneakers often. Run in them. Play in them. Wear them out. Sometimes buy new ones. They are my comfort shoe. Makes me think of the kids in Guatemala (and of course many other countries) who don't have shoes. We are blessed.

All day today I thought it was.....Tuesday! Although, somehow I made it to all my Wednesday classes and jobs at the right time. It was kinda weird. Hmmm.....as I am sitting on my bed putting off my Philosophy home work, I think I am thankful for my hair. Yeah this might be weird...but I like it long, I like it short, and I have donated it 5 times. Waiting a bit longer then will donate this head of hair again. :) I hope to be a blessing to those who are in need of a wig.
