July 25th

Today my family and I took our first real traveling vacation. It was a long day but a good day. I was thankful for the safe travels that God blessed us with. It is so fun to be in another state visiting family. I am pretty sure that I will have a great time on this vacay....even with the ups and downs that I am sure we will go through.
Funny story about the word vacay: my bible study group and I were talking about vacationing and I said when I text people I want to use the word vacay instead of vacation. But Idk how many people really know what it means in Easton language. I think it might be spelt differently to some people too. My group said spell it the way I want...so instead of vay-kay, vakay, va-cay, or even vaca (cow?) I will spell it the way I feel it should be; vacay. :)
